Multiple rounds, recorded interview, ask for you to complete real life work assignments, then meet with a member of the team. Very fun and enjoyable process. If you are creative and like writing, apply!

Interview
I reached out for an open SAE position and the process to get me in was fairly quick. After a phone interview and passing the writing test, I had my in person interview with a few of the employees. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the office was. The receptionist wasn’t really friendly but wasn’t rude either. I waited an extra 20 minutes past my scheduled interview time. Once I got into the interview room, I was bombarded with questions and there was no friendly conversation whatsoever. The people are not friendly or welcoming.
This interview experience was horrendous. I have a solid background in PR, and was essentially laughed at for not having the very specific media skills required to work here. Employees seem very condescending. I left with a bad feeling knowing I would not fit in to such a catty and downright rude environment. It was a shame considering how long I had followed the firm and how awesome they seem on social media. Proof that social media is not always what it is made out to be. Would not bother interviewing here if you’re looking for a supportive environment.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we have not recruited for the SAE level in several years, we're sorry that you did not have a positive interview experience with us whenever that may have been.

Interview
Contacted via email to set up a 1 hour long phone interview. Interviewed by I would assume the hiring manager but sounded as though multiple people were on the line. After interview was sent a writing assignment which consisted of a press release and two short form blogs.
