Interview
Friendly, relatively informal process. After sending CV, received invitation to a phone interview with CEO. Call was friendly and initial assessment of my interest and abilities. Invited to follow-up interview with the CEO and another team member, questions were straightforward and assessing my ability to be a team player and take initiative.
