The first step of the interview, which I successfully passed, focused on three main areas:
The interviewer described the company, its scale, and the main benefits.
I introduced myself and provided details about my experience.
There was a soft skills check, where the interviewer presented common work situations, and I explained how I would handle them.
The interview lasted for an hour and was conducted in a respectful manner, leaving me with positive feelings about the experience.

Interview
I recently engaged in a comprehensive interview with the Human Resources division.
The process encompassed an array of evaluative assessments aimed at gauging my communication competencies, in conjunction with a series of technical inquiries pertinent to the role, particularly focusing on my experience with Python programming.
At the conclusion of our dialogue, the interviewer indicated that the organization is seeking a candidate with a more robust portfolio of experience and a higher level of expertise in the relevant domain, specifically in Python development.
