Interview
It was great because everyone was very helpful and asked good questions. It was a bit long but it went by very fast. I was able to have a one-on-one conversation with three different people.

Interview
Discovered and communicated to recruiter from Handshake. After some paperwork, the interview was scheduled. Manager was very flexible. The interview was conducted over phone. The interview was relatively casual, and, of course, required that I draw from past experiences.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about my previous work experiences, some basic technical skills, how comfortable I would be with long hours (due to specific nature of the internship) and drives, and how comfortable I'd be learning to operate new equipment.

Interview
Very simple initial interview process. The hiring process for contract work was less than smooth, where they would ask for commitments from the contractor but not deliver the work to the contractor when they expected. It worked well for the agency, where they didn't have to pay contractors a salary, but it was a little less than on the up and up.
