I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at nSilition (Leuven) in Feb 2014
Interview
Telephone interview, followed by an on-site interview. The interview lasted 5 hours and it was based mostly on technical questions.
The last interview was very frustrating: the designer was young and incapable of asking questions with all the needed informations, or correcting answers that were correct.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at nSilition in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview was quite fast and concise. I only had one interview to meet the responsible of the company. It went smooth but there was one major drawback. I am NON-EU so at the end I did not receive any offer. That is respectable but they should clarify that on the job description.
