nTech Workforce interview questions

Interview was by phone. They asked for minimum 5 years residency in the US and one year of experience. No job related questions were asked except for the number of years in the area. It was a very short interview.

I interviewed with the manager in a closed office, one-on-one. We discussed the expectations, training process, environment, and company plans. We discussed compensation and the commission structure, though it wasn't explained thoroughly.
