1. Initial Phone Screen
2. In-person - meet up with the recruiter/coordinator (Enjoyed this round as I was able to check out the floor, meet the teams, and everyone was very friendly.
3. In-Person - President (Included, intro, your background, technical knowledge, behavioural skills, ability to understand and provide solutions to situational questions (real time examples).
4. In-Person - Interview by Account Managers/Leaders

Why did you want to transition from Engineering background to HR (Technical Recruitment) - wouldn't you get bored?
The first round or Initial screen would be from the HR Manager which is a phone call. Second and Third rounds would be Video call from CEO and Team Leads

Interview
The interview was about 3 hours long. You are interviewing for 2 positions, recruiter and sourcer. You speak to the recruiting and sourcing lead as well as the CEO. You all come to a mutual decision of the best placement for you. Then you are hired on, but you have to pass the MARS certification class and test.
