It was great! The HR manager reached out to schedule an initial interview. After that, I received an "assignment" to complete in a certain period of time. It wasn't difficult or time consuming, and I actually thought that was a great way to get a better feel from candidates on their skill set. This progressed me to the next interview, with a final CEO interview. This was followed by reference checks, and my references actually commented to me how organized they were in setting up a time to speak to them, and how easy the process was!
