The interview process went very smoothly, and I received word back from the interviewer promptly. Was a very smooth process thanks to the courteous interviewer and fast replies from them

Quick turnaround with initial video interview. Interview went well. This is where everything turned for the worse. I was ghosted unfortunately. I was told that I would be notified within 2 days of the outcome. I was not notified or sent a rejection letter. I emailed the hiring manager 2 times, and even messaged the company on their app they had communicated through before. No response. Not a word. I proceeded to look on the job board only to find the job reposted as a new requisition but this time as a HR Lead position. After a week of no response I received an automated email that they went with an internal candidate. I don’t think they know what they are looking for within the role, and it seems this company needs to start from scratch all over again with better HR staff members who deliver a better interview experience.
