I only had a phone interview, with interviewers who didn't know what to do. They were bored and not very organized. I think they should reorganize their interviewing process, instructing interviewer with clear questions and let them understand the person on the other end is a potential colleague. After the interview I already knew I didn't want to work with them. Very disappointing because I thought they were a better company.
