Interview
This was a terrible interview. Instead of wanting to know more about me as a candidate, the interviewer asked me extremely specific questions regarding Microsoft Excel functions such as "VLOOKUP" and Pivot Tables. He also asked me if I knew what Microsoft SharePoint was and if so, to describe it in detail. It is important to say here that advanced Excel knowledge and previous Microsft SharePoint experience were listed as "advanced job requirements", not on the "necessary requirements" list. The interviewer asked me to describe in detail several Excel commands and not even once asked about me, my work history, why I was interested in the job, etc.. If they wanted someone with advanced Excel knowledge, they should have listed that on the job description. Overall a terrible job interview.
