Applied online and went in for an interview about a week later with the hiring manager and one other designer. It was a simple and straightforward interview with the typical questions and then a skills test at the end, where I had to work changes into an existing design in Illustrator. I ended up declining the offer because I was offtered a full-time, regular role.
