I had one round of interview. The employer evaluated my qualifications, skills, and if I am fit for the position and company culture. It also gave me an opportunity to learn more about the job and the company and to ask any questions they I may have.

3 stages - HR round, Supervisor round, CEO round. The rounds were pretty basic and easy to clear. Only confidence matters and basics of advertisements (mainly newspaper advertisements). Overall a nice experience.
