I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at roundCorner
Interview
I had 5 interviews (recruiter, HR, direct supervisor, head of department, and colleague) over the span of a couple of weeks followed by ~1 week deliberation before offer. Only 1 interview was completed in person, and all of them were 1:1. Staff is spread out, though if it's reasonable for you to meet in Villanova, PA/ NY,NY/ Berkeley, CA, you'll likely have at least 1 interview in person at that particular location.
The interviews were all centered around culture fit. Are you a self-starter who is okay with a healthy amount of uncertainty, thrives in a flat hierarchical environment, and loves collaborating across departments? You'll find the interview incredibly easy. And, good news, their culture is *exactly* as described in the interview process -- a rarity!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at roundCorner (New York, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
All interviews were conducted via the phone or video conf. I interviewed with 5 people - including my potential managers, a project manager, a couple of peers. Most of the interviews were focused on my experience, and there were hardly any direct technical questions. The interviewers did a great job of describing the details of the position
