I believe it has been simplified since I started, but in 2014 the process was like this: Come in for first set of interviews. 4 half-hour interviews with senior management (2 hours total). Come in for second set of interviews. 4 half-hour interviews again, but with the people you would most likely work with closely on a daily basis (2 hours total).
