I had an off-campus, entry level recruitment. There was a four year bond of Rs. 2 lakhs. But it was a 2 way bond, i.e. if I leave before 4 years, I have to pay 2 lacs to the company, but if I stay for 4 years, company pays me 2 lacs.
After a writen technical test of around 60 questions and 2 hours, only 12 out of 30 candidates were shortlisted.
This was followed by a group discussion where 2 were rejected.
After this, there were rounds of personal interviews, where finally 4 were selected. Personal interview was mainly technical - core engineering related questions.
