Interview
The interviewer was respectful and provided clear guidance on the coding problems. He was very kind, especially knowing that I was nervous during the interview. He consistently tried to calm me down, reassuring me by saying, "Just try your best. We don't fail people just because they don't finish the code. We're primarily interested in seeing your logic." During the coding section, he made sure I understood each part before moving on to the next.
Applied online and got Initial python and stat screening. Few questions for initial screening, Answer submitted pdf took around 20 mins. After that 1 hr technical interview was scheduled. Technical was describing project and one python code in coderpad
Their process was a 15 minute take-home exam, a one-hour technical phone screening, and a 3+ hour 'virtual onsite' day.
I received an email with the 15-minute take home exam and completed it within a day of receiving it. I answered all of the questions correctly. I received a rejection within 12 hours of submitting. Waste of time.
