The interview was not long. I was asked what past projects I had done and was told that I am directionless in life and my projects have no business value which was rightly said because it was a chrome extension and a MEAN stack social media marketing tool I had made for a friend which miraculously is saving him a few bucks because he conducts trends on twitter. Varun was very well versed in the technologies and we discussed about the MEAN stack and was told that he wants a developer who is willing to work in a .NET environment even though their requirements state that they need a NodeJS/RoR/Python developer. I believe that every developer should apply at veSolve so that he can really gauge himself where he stands in the development world. Two thumbs up to veSolve's interview process.
