We do not typically requiring coding samples during the interview process, however within certain departments, that is always an option. We might need to know that you are capable of coding simple tasks within an acceptable time frame. We would of course advise you of this and give you time to prepare. Our interviewing process includes interviews with applicable department heads, as well as with the president of the company and sometimes another key individual of the intended team. The interview process will typically require 4-6 weeks depending on the length of time required for reference checks, education verification etc. Our hiring process is more structured than what this individual experienced. We are focused, of course, on skill sets but also on the ability of the individual to work well in a team environment.
