      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at zuddl (Bangalore Rural) in Sept 2025

      Interview

      The interview process began with an initial screening round conducted by the HR team to assess my background and overall fit for the role. This was followed by a detailed discussion with the Head of Customer Success, focusing on my experience and approach to client management. The final round was led by the Co-founder, who evaluated cultural alignment, problem-solving ability, and long-term vision for the role.

      They primarily focused on understanding my previous professional experience, educational background, and team management skills. Most of the questions were aimed at evaluating how my past roles and leadership approach aligned with the company’s goals and the expectations for the position.
