Is there anything that you regret about in the past?
Personality test was a part of it. Process was quite lengthy, but conducted in a very professional manner. There were 3 stages of interview with tests and meeting with HR/team members

Interview
Usually, will have two stages and one personal assessment. The first one would be related with technical knowledge and the second would be related personality and behavior. Personal assessment is to evaluate our character whether are we fir with the company's culture.
