Interview
3 person panel, remote. Included hiring manager, parallel worker, team member. No HR. Took place over teams, 60 minutes. Round robin questions. Started with intros, referring to CV and cover letter, very friendly
Polite and respectful. Focus on technical skills and past experience. Multiple rounds but things moved fast enough. Demonstrable experience in role that you are applying for is necessary to move to the next round
