Building a strong rapport with the sales team and internal departments delivering excellent service.
Producing accurate estimates, order processing and logging enquiries from customer/sales team briefs and using bespoke software applications which are integral to GWP.
Learn and apply manufacturing and design capability and reflect this knowledge on accurate estimates.
Liaising and building working relationships with key suppliers. Co-ordinating each stage of the enquiry process from design through to the order and delivery.
Prioritising own workload with attention to detail and multitasking.
Learning order processing procedure so that this function can be covered when required (to cover colleague’s annual leave etc.)
