Job Description:

We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Machine Operator/Assembler role on a 3-month fixed-term contract in Ashford. The position involves working on various tasks such as Machine Operator, trimming, brassing, foiling, and assembling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trimming, brassing, foiling, and assembly tasks.
• Machine Operator
• Follow detailed work instructions and maintain product quality.
• Report any machine issues or quality defects to setters or chargehands.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
• Work assigned part-time day shifts only (Monday to Friday).

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production role is a plus.
• Ability to handle both manual and machine-supported tasks.
• Good attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with flexibility for daytime work.

Contract Details:

• 3-month fixed-term contract
• Full-time hours
• Possibility for extension or permanent placement based on performance

Pay: £12.71 per hour
