Job description
EUTEK Group is looking for a Purchasing Assistant to come into the position at entry level and progress through the company.
You will have experience with Microsoft Office and come with a hunger to learn and develop within Procurement by demonstrating your motivation with a high level of enthusiasm.
The ideal candidate will be able to work well within a team, be organised and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage, collate and report on data from key stakeholders
General Purchasing administrative duties
Strong administration skills
Issuing requests for quotation
Management of data for new and existing products, keeping information accurate and up to date
Coordinating activities
Co-ordinate sales enquiries from internal or external customers within your product category
Support the procurement from the Procurement team
Provide required support & assistance
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 1 year experience
IT Literate - Microsoft
Excellent team player
Organised and efficient
Good attention to detail
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: Up to £13.20 per hour
