The Role

This is a vital position within the hotel. You will be responsible for the "first impression" of our guest rooms and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room Standards: Thorough cleaning of guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high finish.
• Turnaround: Changing linens and replenishing guest amenities.
• Public Areas: Maintaining the sparkle in our corridors, lounges, and common areas.
• Laundry: Assisting with washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Versatility: Occasionally assisting with basic meal prep or kitchen support when the team needs an extra hand.
• Reporting: Flagging maintenance issues to ensure the hotel stays in top shape.

What We Are Looking For

• The "Eye" for Detail: You notice the small things that others miss.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
• Experience: Previous hotel or commercial cleaning experience is essential, but a great attitude is most important!
• Communication: Friendly and professional when interacting with our guests.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical nature of the role (moving linens, vacuuming, etc.).
