The interview process was not as straightforward as anticipated. I delivered a comprehensive PowerPoint presentation that addressed their key focus areas so thoroughly that they remarked I had already answered all ten of their prepared questions. However, it appeared that the panel was not entirely aligned on what they were seeking in the role, which ultimately resulted in me not being offered the opportunity.
