Pros
As a global law firm they have a good book of clients. They also have good training on soft skills (not legal).
Cons
Toxic seniors. All the partners and senior legal consultants are poor quality and very toxic. Their consultants are usually lawyers who spent some years in the Saudi market but not experienced enough or good enough to bring client. They typically stay for about a year or less then quit because they cant build their book of clients. They also take out their frustration of their own failures on the juniors. The partners let them behave however they want. The partners themselves don't care about the juniors or their development. The juniors are left to deal with everything on their own. The partners and HR care only about making money. No one stays for more than 2 years. The juniors are keeping the firm afloat. The HR lies about company policies. The firm itself had flexible working for employees but then they dont allow you to use the flexible working. They also treat employees differently based on race. Pakistani/Indian employees are overworked and treated without any respect. Saudi employees are mostly translating and not taught legal skills. They have consultants based out of Pakistan that usually drive transactions forward.
