I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at UiPath (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Had an initial screenijg interview with HR - That went fairly well with no problems. The issue was with the hiring manager. He came off very condescending and acted more superior due to his Ivy League education without taking the time to know more about me, and my tenure of worth of experience dealing with clients in this space.
It was a waste of time given he did not show interest from the beginning. Perhaps it's because of the educational institution I graduated from that didn't appeal to him but still, his attitude towards the interview was very negative which left a bad taste and made me end the call earlier than expected. Feels like such a waste given I put the time and effort in to understand the product further than my current skillset and company as a whole.
A note to the hiring manager: I don't care if daddy paid for your school but there are professionals out there who can get the job done better than what you may think someone of your caliber can do (doesn't feel nice to be stereotyped does it?)
