I have been working at 11:FS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Exciting work, international opportunities.
Great exposure to founders and senior people from Monzo, Starling, Nutmeg, Tandem, etc.
Great startup designers, product people, engineers and customer researchers.
Building and launching fintech products that impact people's lives
It has a great culture. Hard working but space to make your mark

    Cons

It can be really hard work with some long hours to get that design or release right
It's a rapidly growing organisation with all of the growing pains, so if you're looking for polished processes, keep walking
The space to make your mark means that there is probably less structure than there should be, although I know the senior team is putting that in

    Advice to Management

Keep the focus on talent and getting the most out of people - don't lose that
Improve processes while ensuring that you keep the freedom for talented people to have autonomy
