Advice to Management
Focus on getting Targets out before a quarter starts
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics (Harlow, England) in November 2016.
i was not given ample time to answer questions as my interviewer kept jumping in before i could complete what i had to say.It took several days before i could get a response aabout my interview and when i finally managed to get through i was given the bad news that i was not successful,I had fullfilled all the interview requirements including the numeracy test which i passed. The reason i was rejected was thaat i would not fit into the team, why i dont know?? I put it down to my skin colour as there was no logical reasoning behind my rejection,i had excelled in the numeracy and competency test so there was absolutely no other reason they could come up with.
