    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Bionic (London, England).

    Interview

I turned up to the building on a Friday afternoon where I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. I then met Rebecca who took me into a small interview room where I was asked standard interview questions. I then took a short exam testing basic maths and english which was around twenty minutes. The next stage of the interview was meant to be me shadowing a senior sales representative before doing a roleplay however I was told that the senior sales representative had gone home unwell and there was nobody else to conduct that half of the interview. I was asked if I could come back sometime the next week for the second half of the interview which I was happy to do. When it came to reorganising the interview I never received an email and so I tried contacting them countless times through email and phone calls however emails both were ignored. If it was decided upon meeting me that I was an unfit candidate for whatever reason I would not mind that, it's the fact I was either not right for the role but then lied too and told I would be completing the interview next week (as in completing the initial interview, not even a second interview) or the recruitment team is unreliable and unprofessional to completely ignore my emails without taking the thirty seconds to inform me that I was unsuccessful.
