Description We first opened our doors as Ginger Root, a print house, set up by Anthony and Andy in 2016. Since then, a lot has changed; we've morphed, developed and found ourselves.
In March 2024, we rebranded and relaunched ourselves to reflect who we really are.
We're now Create Incorporated (Create Inc. for short) with Alex & Katie at the helm. We're a creative consultancy specialising in brand, campaign, communication, animation and digital environments for the B2B sector. The team are made up of skilled designers, coders, marketeers and creative leaders that work together to craft beautiful projects for our clients. We cover many industries from land and property and legal through to global manufacturing and healthcare but have found our "happy place" in supporting the startup tech market.

Passionate about our industry and a little angered by the current support available for new creatives, we've set up Project Inc. (formerly known as Yoots). This is a community built on resource sharing and honest content from all walks of life within our industry aiming to arm new creatives with real life knowledge, tips and guidance from people who know the struggles of breaking through. The Project Inc, initiative will:
* Create opportunities for everyone looking to start a career as a professional within creative industries including placements, internships and careers.
* Help clients with lower budgets such as start ups and charities receive quality, commercially viable work overseen by experts but deployed by juniors - enabling all parties to prosper.
* Create an in-house community, within our space, to give agency experience, enabling new talent to be surrounded by live briefs, collaborate with other creatives, get inspiration and get support on their work from more experienced talent.
* Educate creative professionals to say “no” to free work, price themselves fairly and stop being exploited for “exposure” in favour of elevating our industry to be seen as a professional service. We want to teach creatives how to be commercially focussed and value their creativity as a business value add.
