I have been working at Digital Extremes full-time

    Pros

Lunch is served every day at 12 and it is served buffet style. Choice of whatever snacks you want and coffee/pop machines aplenty. Flexible to an extent for working from home and very supportive.

    Cons

Slightly unorganized and communication issues at times

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

    Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digital Extremes.

    Interview

Very unprofessional because all the do is send out a take home test and no personal touch. No introduction to the studio. Never got to talk to anyone. Seems like bunch of people with ego problems and so you shouldn't want to work here.

    Interview Questions

    • Implement directed cyclical graph search for best cost path to target   1 Answer
    • Find bugs in given code   1 Answer

    Reasons for Declining

Bad people and studio in general. Only did interview because recruiter insisted.
