The company makes private-label condensed and ready-to-serve soups and broths, baked and refried beans, and chilies, as well as a line of gravies and sauces for retail food outlets. The company was founded in 1899 by Joseph Morgan and his partners; the firm is in its fourth generation of Morgan-family ownership and management.
