At Virgin Wines, our purpose is simple: creating joy from grape to glass. Since we were established in 2000, we've sold over 100 million bottles to happy customers across the UK. By collaborating hand in hand with talented winemakers across the world, we craft and source exclusive, premium wines that you won't find anywhere else. Over 90% of what we sell is exclusive to us, with our superstar team playing an active role in the production of many of our best-loved bottles.
Over our 25-year history, our dedication to excellence has been recognised with numerous accolades. Most recently, we were named Online Wine Retailer of the Year 2025 at the People's Choice Awards. Our team of over 170 professionals, based in Norwich, Preston and Bolton, thrive in a supportive and sociable environment that encourages growth and development. We invest in staff across the business through funding official WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) qualifications and career enhancing courses, playing host to regular social events, providing professional support and care through our Employee Assistance Programme and, of course, heavily discounted wine! Our people really are at the heart of what we do.
