I applied online. I interviewed at Flow Traders.
Interview
I applied online with a CV and cover letter. They were extremely prompt in confirming I had progressed to the next round, which was an online numerical test.
The test is ~10 minutes long (I can't quite remember) and you have to answer 75 questions.
The questions range from easy (+1 for right answer, -3 for wrong, -2 if you don't answer), to medium (+2 for right, -1 for wrong, -1 if you don't answer), and hard multiple choice (+2 for right, -2 for wrong, -1 if you don't answer).
You are not allowed a calculator or paper and they have you on video call to make sure you're not cheating. It was extremely hard and I didn't pass. The pass mark was 80 points.
