✨ A personal milestone I’m proud to share! When I first joined Guidepoint, I knew one of my long-term goals was to become a people manager. Leading and supporting others to grow in their careers has always been something I’ve been deeply passionate about. Fast forward to today — I’m managing an incredible team across Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Osaka. 🌏 One key lesson I’ve learned recently: hashtag#communication is never one-size-fits-all. Whether it’s giving feedback, collaborating on projects, or simply motivating the team, I’ve learned (and am still learning!) how to listen more deeply and adjust my approach to fit each person—and each culture.
