    They conduct interview via questioners . I replied to the first one. They sent second one a week after. Some of the questions were: 1. In what country were you born?
    2. What country do you live in?
    What was the most important book you've read in the last 12months?
    If not a book, tell us about the most important TedTalk, podcast, movie, or article you've come across.
    Some people are Pirates and some people are Imperial Naval Officers. On the spectrum between the two, which one are you? Why? If neither, how would you describe yourself?
