Since taking over in October 2010, the current management team have grown the group from £1m in revenues to over £25m for 2022, with consultants increasing from 17 to over 250. The growth plans encompasses setting up multiple new businesses and growing to 400 consultants and £40m in annual revenues by 2023.
The Graduate Scheme takes on 70+ across our group businesses. This is an incredibly tough and challenging sales role; headhunting is not for everyone and some will find the targets, hours and intensity too much. That said for those who thrive in this type of competitive and demanding environment the earning potential and opportunities for quick progression are unmatched, with top performers earning six figure salaries and moving into management after 12-18 months.
