MDS is a partnership of companies that aims to equip young people with the experience, training and mindset so that they have the confidence and ability to rapidly become senior business leaders within the industry. MDS is a non-profit making co-operative, registered as a Friendly Society with the Financial Services Authority.

If you're a driven and determined graduate, the MDS Management Graduate Scheme could be the perfect launchpad for your career.
Over two years, you’ll complete four 6-month placements in different businesses across the food and fresh produce supply chain. From technical and HR to operations, project management and commercial roles, you’ll gain a wide breadth of experience in a variety of areas.
Unlike many graduate schemes, MDS gives you the opportunity to work with a range of innovative, future-focused companies around the world - such as Aldi, Syngenta, Morrisons, Protolan, G’s Fresh, and many more.
As an MDS Trainee, you’ll also work towards a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, fully accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

MDS is a consortium of Member companies that believe in developing talent across the industry, not just within their own organisations. With over 35 years of experience, the scheme has produced a wide-reaching network of successful industry leaders.
