Our Mission
At Method it is our mission to reduce the environmental impact of buildings through intelligent engineering design and sustainability consultancy.
To do this we employ talented and proactive staff who have; a passion for sustainability, exemplary technical capability and a willingness to help drive the company forward. In return we aim to provide our staff with an inclusive workplace, an enjoyable place to develop a career, support from experienced mentors, and benefits that help with wellness, financial prosperity and social inclusion.
We recognise that the construction industry has a huge impact on the environment, including carbon emissions, and we are driven to educate our clients about measures to minimise this impact across a range of aspects and through a range of services.
It is our aim to be completely carbon neutral in our own operations. We won’t do this via carbon credits or buying woodland, but through careful review of local projects in need and tangible initiatives to properly offset our emissions, such as supporting renewable energy installation. We will continue to carefully measure our carbon footprint annually and take action to reduce it before offsetting. We have also set a target to donate 1% of our annual turnover to charitable projects which are local to each of our offices.
It is our aim to maintain robust and credible third party accreditation across technical standards, quality and environment in order to be accountable in our actions.
