Get Stuff Done: Achieving your goals and not letting perfection get in the way of keeping things moving. You will want to solve for the customer first and yourself last, you'll be conscious of those around you and helping out when the need arises because it's the right thing to do
Genuinely Care: Caring about the quality of what you do, caring about your colleagues and how they are doing, about the goals we have been set by our customers and the reputation of our company.
We really do live by these values and have a longer than average team retention rate and satisifaction rate which we work hard to keep high.
We are moving to a 4 day working week from April 2023, that's a true 4 day week, with reduced hours. We have worked as a group to build in extra efficiencies to ensure we can retain our day (we call it a Clarity Day). We strive to have the best working environment and the best flexible package of any agency in the North West and having a full paid day every week, within which to gain mastery in a new skill (work or non-work), spend more time with your family & friends or simply to switch off and do what you need to do is an essential part of this.
We follow the EOS business model (check it out) which ensures transparency, honesty and ensures we can offer our team a match between their ambitions and our objectives. We offer a range of career opportunities and actively look to promote internally where we can.
We have a beautiful countryside HQ just outside Chester, with our own onsite Chef (& coffee roaster) in our unique Cafe, who prepares free food to keep you replenished and nourished when you are working in the office. We see our time spent together in an office environment as valuable to problem solve, build on our culture and to create stronger teams, so we make the most of it.
We look after our team as they are the heart and soul of our business. The reviews on here are open and honest and reflect each individuals experience. We strive to be the best, but most importantly we genuinely care if someone hasn’t got the best from us, that’s why we always respond to reviews and hope to address each review with a full reply, learning what we can from each and every one to keep improving.
