I have been working at Quarsh full-time
Great place to work. They give you a lot of space and opportunity to create your own career and are always hugely supportive. There's always a lot going on and there's a massive variety in the projects and work. I've learned more working here than in all the rest of my career put together.
Work/Life balance is great, lots of opportunity to work from home/flexibly and they go out of their way to consider part time workers etc.
Management is hands off, if you're not a self-starter you'll find it tough. You're treated as a real grown up, which is great for some, but you need to know when to ask for help. But when you do you get it.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Quarsh (Bradford, Yorkshire and the Humber, England) in May 2017.
My CV was found on a mainstream careers site and Quarsh called me. After an initial "screening call" which was an organic conversation and felt very tailored to me, I was invited to take part in a Skype interview with Lucy. Very rarely do I come away from an interview feeling so inspired and invigorated. Again the conversation was very organic, tailored to myself and the client, but what set Lucy apart was her authenticity and true passion for making an impact! I was then invited to a competency based, more formal interview, in line with the clients values and competencies. Whilst I accepted the job, it ended up being directly with the client, which was fully supported by Quarsh. I only have positive things to say about my experience!
