I worked at Quarsh full-time (More than a year)
The whole team at Quarsh are friendly, and everyone has a 'can-do' attitude. Hard work doesn't go unrewarded, and as a small company with employees spread across client site businesses nationwide, the culture is very welcoming and supportive creating a close-knit team feel.
Expect plenty of character, space to grow, career development, 80's rock music and classic sci-fi (NB other tastes welcome!), team building events, encouragement to be innovative and above all everyone is focused on high performance.
My time at Quarsh has provided me with invaluable experience which in turn has really helped me as I move on in my career.
I genuinely have no 'cons' about working at Qaursh, looking back on my time there.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Quarsh (London, England) in June 2016.
3 Interviews, Basic questions, No real information regarding their company development, information was restricted and dishonest. Line manager and CEO was late for the interview by over 30 mins.
