Description RMP Enterprise was created after a light bulb moment the co-founders had whilst graduating from Loughborough University in 2007. After searching and undertaking their own work experience opportunities, Ali Lindsay, Oliver Sidwell, and Chris Wickson felt there was a real information gap in the market. They created RateMyPlacement, the company’s flagship product, to give undergraduates a chance to read reviews on what it’s really like to undertake a placement or internship by those who had experienced it firsthand.
15 years later, RMP Enterprise has evolved into the market leader in undergraduate attraction, offering a suite of innovative products and services to help employers attract talented and career-conscious young people into their organisations. With an office in the heart of Brixton, over 50 employees, and four major products using a variety of media platforms, RMP is focused on raising awareness of the value of work experience.
