SPTS Technologies is a leading manufacturer of etch and deposition equipment used by our customer to make a wide range of semiconductor and microelectronic devices. We are a wholey owned subsidiary of Orbotech (NASDAQ: ORBK), and headquartered at the main manufacturing site in Newport, South Wales. We also have smaller manufacturing facilities in San Jose and Allentown in the US, and sales/service offices in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Korea, France, Germany, and Malaysia.
