Pros
Sampl is quite simply a fantastic place to work. The team are hard working, inclusive, incredibly friendly and have such fun. The sense of 'team' is one the strongest I've ever seen. Everyone pulls in the same direction and genuinely seems to love their work and being in the office together. Hard work and success is recognised pretty much on a daily basis. Can't fault this ambitious, supportive bunch of people.
Cons
Occasional differing opinions on whether the office air-con should be on or off :)
