In addition, Screenvision offers off-screen marketing programs that utilize handouts, lobby banners, and posters. Once a 50-50 joint venture between film post-production firm Technicolor and UK-based television broadcaster ITV, Screenvision was acquired by private equity fund Shamrock Capital Advisors in late 2010.
