📆 In light of International Men's Day last Sunday, we recently hosted a talk for UW employees with our resident Nurse Hilary. This event delved into the vital topics of physical and mental well-being, emphasising the wealth of support available for men to seek help and voice their concerns openly. Health issues, both mental and physical, can impact anyone, regardless of gender. This is why we offer a host of benefits to support all UW employees, including a virtual GP, mental health nurses and first aiders, plus an employee assistance helpline (available 24/7) 💜 #InternationalMensDay #WeAreUW
Utility Warehouse Reviews

Pros
Started on a new team and helped decide its ground rules and put the foundations of the tech stack we use. There is an objective-oriented culture where it doesn't matter what and when you do progress with work as long as certain and specific goals are reached. We are using modern technologies, we've got the support we need from management and there are career paths one can take. The compensation is very good as well. Personally, I feel valued and supported to be the best version of my professional self. Having passed through different company types, for a corporate organisation UW feels well balanced.
Cons
There are no cons, so far.
