We believe that the future of work is remote, and that’s why our team have been working from home from day one. We have no shared office space we travel to each day to work, but we meet up for Co-Working Days, Hubs and in-person meetings at locations throughout the country.
Of course, working remotely has disadvantages, and it certainly doesn’t suit everyone – but we love the advantages it brings for our HQ Team and us. We view the way that we work as a strength rather than an obstacle, and we work hard to overcome the inevitable challenges.

Distraction-free zone: By its very nature, remote working minimises distractions which is ideal for our tech and product teams, who often need long periods of focus to complete their work.
Eco-Friendly: We are passionate about being a carbon-neutral company. With no office to travel to, our Team travels less, causing less congestion on the roads (albeit we are very aware of home working environmental impacts too).
Hardcore resilience: With no fixed office location, there’s no single point of failure, allowing our teams to work productivity and happily come rain, snow, wind and heat waves!
Super productivity: Contrary to what some would believe, working from home isn’t a free pass to spend the day in bed, and our Team's productivity stats prove this day in and day out.
